My deepest intention is to make the practices of Mindfulness practices available to anyone who seeks a different, a more balanced way of living. I have seen people from all walks of life turn to mindfulness for help with anxiety, grief and physical pain. Regardless of why someone comes to practice they generally all have the same goal that I did - to find a healthier and happier way to be a human being.
